  • What balloons are included in the price of a standard design?

    Three standard latex colors in three sizes—1) 5 inch, 2) 10-12 inch, and 3) 16-18 inch—are included in all of our designs.

    Grab-and-Go designs are self-installed, so everything you need for attachment are included in the basic price.

    We can incorporate additional colors, specialty balloons, larger sizes, and custom vinyl lettering for an additional charge.

  • What is the Payment Structure?

    For most projects, to reserve your event date on our calendar, we just require a 30% non-refundable deposit, so we can begin purchasing materials specific to your event. Then, you have up until the day of the event to pay the remaining balance.

    For events that have many custom elements, the deposit amount may be higher due to the upfront costs to get custom items built.

  • Can I provide my own balloons?

    Unfortunately, no. We only use professional-grade latex balloons from reputable brands such as Qualatex, Sempertex, Tuftex, etc. Quality makes a huge difference in the resiliency of our designs and is even noticeable in photos.

    But we can personalize balloons with names, and logos!

  • What is the delivery/set-up/pick-up charge?

    GRAB & GO

    For GRAB-AND-GO self-installs, there is not a delivery/set-up/pick-up charge, since you will be picking up your design from us, taking it home, and installing it yourself. It takes about 15 minutes to install and is a beautiful affordable option.

    DELIVERY

    For some items, we can also offer a DELIVERY (Drop-off) option. This is great if you don’t have a large enough vehicle to transport the balloons or you’re traveling, and don’t mind disposing of the decor after use. Some items may require you to do a quick install, but we’ll include everything you need

    PROFESSIONAL

    For PROFESSIONAL installations, we deliver, setup, and return after the event to break down the design.

    If the event location is further than 30 minutes from 32832, or if the event pick-up needs to be later than 11pm, additional fees may apply.

  • What colors can I choose from?

    We’d be happy to provide you with color charts from the brands we work with. Please note, not all brands carry all colors and sizes and sometimes supply is limited, especially around certain holidays. But we always do our best to work around limitations so that you are excited about your design.

    Don’t see a color you love? We can also create custom colors by stuffing one balloon inside of another balloon. There are so many possibilities!

  • Can you decorate an outdoor party?

    Absolutely! But heat, direct sunlight, rain, and strong wind are very risky for latex balloons. So please be aware that we cannot guarantee that any latex balloons (even the professional-grade ones) can last for any amount of time in the heat and direct sunlight. For outdoor events, we recommend setting up in the shade if at all possible.

  • What if you are fully booked on my event date?

    We can still help! Just opt for a Grab-and-Go design that is self-installed and can be picked up days before the actual event. Latex balloons can last up to a few weeks indoors so you can pick up your balloons the week of your event during regular business hours. Problem solved!

    Self installs for a basic balloon arch take about 15 minutes and you avoid the delivery/set-up/pick-up charge.

  • Do you accept inspiration pictures?

    Absolutely! It’s helpful to have a few references to better understand which styles and colors appeal to you. But we like to set the expectation that we don’t attempt to create an exact replica of another artist’s design.
